Orange Stickers On Tyres!
What are they called!? I have a picture but do not know how to insert it into my post?

I can post an image, but I can't picture what your talking about.
Unless you mean the balancing dot on the sidewall. Not all tires have them, and not all that do use orange.
Some manufacturers use this dot to let the installer know where the heavy spot on the tire is, some use it to show the light spot of the tire. You mount the tire on the rim with that dot either opposite from in in-line with the valvestem to make balanceing easier. But you have to know what your tire's mark means. And you can probably find out at the tire makers website.
