Anyone from PA know if it's legal to take someone elses bike to get inspected?
My sister got her permit and bought a bike a few years back but she hasn't ridden it in quite a while and her permit has expired. Her bike is now way over inspection and she wants to get a new permit soon. I was going to take her bike and get it inspected for her but I don't know if insurance companies allow this or if you can take another persons motorcycle to get inspected.
Does anyone know??

If possible, you should probably trailer it or put it in a pickup to take it for inspection. If that's not possible, the cop MAY let you slide since you're taking it to be inspected. The fines are pretty steep for operating a vehicle that isn't registered and/or insured.
To get it inspected, it will have to have a current registration and insurance. As long as it has those, it doesn't matter who takes it to the garage/mechanic.
As for her insurance covering someone else driving, you'll have to ask the agent or read her policy. It probably won't cover you if something happens.
