Sticky throttle/suspension ?'s

Hey everyone--This is my first post and I have a couple of questions. Number one. while riding the past couple of weeks, I have noticed when i let go of the throttle it doesn't seem to return very quickly. yesterday it actually started sticking a little...kind of like cruise control for a few moments before it slowly returns to idle. Any ideas on what to use for lube(graphite maybe?) and where to apply it? I haven't checked the manual yet but then again, I'm at work and this is much more fun anyway.

Second, I just got rid of my '93 ninja zx-7 for an '03 Ninja ZX6-rr(what an amazing difference). Anyone have any suggestions for suspension settings for a 170lb rider or is it just trial and error until I find something that is feels right? The rear right now is set tooth-shattering stiff but the front is significantly softer.
Thanks, Ryan

You need to buy a cable luber. It allows you to shoot lube through the cable and clean out any grunge, leaving nice slippery lube instead. I lube mine a few times a year. You can get actuall cable lubricant, or use WD-40 or some other light oil.

This shows you what it is and how to do it.....

Yah, and do it ASAP!

Sticky throttles are dangerous!

Take your suspension down a tick or two ... it's really trial and error for that kind of thing...
