I'd like to say hi to everyone on these forums, i live in Whitby, ON CA, and am 16 years old, i dunno wat happened but after recovering from "football fever" i have been terminally stricken by "bike fever" and soo badly want to get a motorcycle. I'll be on these forums quite frequently but its a bummer that this passion has just blossed, because its gonna take probably months of convincing my parents to buy me a bike so ill just keep to the fantasy's until then. For a starter bike im thinking a Katana 600 or Ninja 250. Anyways, thats my little speal, once again, HELLOO!

Be persistant, but just prove to them you're ready to act like a responsible adult!

Start by looking at safety courses and safety gear. It's not only smart, it could also help your cause.

Welcome to the board. I am just down the street from you in Bowmanville. Good luck getting that first bike. The addiction you're about to enter is non-treatable. Then again, who wants to treat it. Just enjoy it.
