Welcoming Toyuzu

So, I just found out that my good friend Toyuzu got moderator. And I figured that I should make a point of welcoming him. Which is ironic because we're welcoming him to the levels of moderatorship. Poor guy, he has no idea what he's in for.
Crackpots, jerks, everyone who doesn't seem to understand that just because there are no consequences for their actions they can do whatever they want.
Speaking of which, did I ever tell you guys that Toyuzu is a great guy, one who will always be there if you need him.
