hi i recently bought a new set of gaskets for my engine i was trying to remove the cylinder head but it looks like someone else has allready tried and failed 3 of the 4 nuts came off easily but the 4th wont come off because there is no thread its been rounder so now i cant take the cylinder head off al the other nuts were 10mm but on the 4th one it wont grip anything and a 9mm wont go on the nut because it is too small
anyone know a way to remove the last nut without damaging the cylinder head
btw i was replaccing the gaskets because i had low compression because the cylinder head was blowing and the bike is a honda melody 50cc moped
help cant take cylinder head off

Use a hacksaw blade and cut a line down the middle of the nut if its an end cap nut, which I'm assuming it is. If it's a standard nut use a small chisel and on one side of the nut tap VERY carefully until the nut JUST cracks. Then the expansion from that will allow you to probably screw it off by hand. The chisel idea is sure to work, but if you don't want to go that route, use a rotarty tool cit with a carbide wheel on it and "fix" the nut, clean up the edges and make it small so the 9 mm fits on it.
