Just joined hoping someone can help me out...
Like I said I have a 2001 RC51, went riding last night and everything was great. Went out today and it took a few cranks longer than it ever has to start. Choke out and its warming up at about 900-1000 rpms (1300-1500 normal) its idling low and not smooth.
I give it a little bit of throttle and it stumbles hard and feels like its miss firing, you can hear poping comming from the air intake. I let it warm up to about 140 deg. release the choke and its idling @ 900, then gave it a bit of throttle and it stalls. Any throttle movement at all with the choke off will induce a stall it will also not restart, even warmed up, without the choke.
any help would be apreciated before i go to the dealer!
Thanks Gus

sounds like lean running on the idle circuit for a carbed bike...
but yours is fuel injected. If the plugs, air filter, fuel filter and gas tank vent are all trouble free you may have an efi glitch which will require a dealer.
