Quality headphones?

#1 Unread post by Shiv »

Ok so my current ear buds keep falling out. Apparently I haven't mastered the fine art of jabbing them deep enough into my ear to make them stay in.

that and I hate the sound on them. So I'm gonna buy some new ones, ones that clip around my ears.

Anyone know of any brands I should look out for? I'm looking for relatively cheap stuff here. Like, no more than 20 bucks.

Is quality, cheap headphones an oxymoron?

Which earbuds are these?

I currently use Shure's E3C and haven't had one fall out or even become bothersome in my time of ownership.

Go cheap. I once bought a set of $50 headphones, fancy ones with muffling pads and everything. They broke. My $2 earphones have lasted 10 years.

I'll second that opinion on the sennheisers, but I prefer their normal old headphones. Earbuds annoy me mightily.

The $20 Senheiser gets my vote. They sound like $200 enclosed headsets.
