Other than ebay or amazon, are there other places on the web that sell old (yr 2000) owners manuals?

It's for a 2000 Kawasaki 800 Vulcan Classic. I'm getting it from a dealer which is not helping on the issue as the previous owner didn't turn it in or lost it.

Lots of places... (and yr2000 is not old), I would start with your local dealer.[/list]

Yeah if you think that's old, what do you think of the bikes owned by MrShake and I

Online dealerships may be able to get the manual too. ServiceHonda.com can get the manual for my '87, but I luckily found it on Ebay for much cheaper.

Ah you big girls! If its a US bike you can find that anywhere!

Trying finding a manual for a JPN spec bike in english, in JPN, but maybe from AU...err UK, or even Spain....psshhh - do that easily, then talk about how hard it is to find a mainstream US bike that's only 6-7 years old

Man I swear, by the time we leave here we'll be finding needles in a haystack

Quit your whining Shorts. The manuals are there. It's not our fault you can't read them :roll2: :roll2:

Ohh, but I can read them

The hiragana and katakana are easy. It's the 2000+ kanji I don't have a handle on :dots:

I have a copy of the manual for my 2001 800 classic on CD. PM me offline if you would like a copy of it. Im assuming that there is not much diffrence between the 2000 and 2001.

instead of getting an owners manual you may be better off going to the stealer and getting a service manual. that way you have basically an owners manual along with how to correctly do your preventative maintenance :D.
