Ok so I took like my 3rd trip on the freeway today. this time I was doing between 80-85 and felt just fine. Meaning there was no wheel wobble like I had the first time (me being scared n all), I felt comfortable, and I was having fun. Drove 70 miles on the freeway. Well then I had to ride to work and I normally do 65mph and thats how fast I was going. The problem was is I was bored. I so badly wanted to just gun the bike lol. Something is wrong with me I think I need to go buy a faster bike haha.

If you have adjusted to highway speeds, it's bound to be fairly boring. My daily commute is almost entirely on an interstate, and while I love riding, I don't get any thrill on it.
Just be happy you're riding, knowing you could go faster but don't have to. Once and a while, if you get off work early, take it for a spin where you can really enjoy it. Breaks the monotony.

lol I was so tempted to gun it when I was on the highway, here speed limit is 70mph, but I held back from going faster than 85 because I am still inexperience and didnt want to try and deal with a mistake I "may" make at a faster speed where I may not have felt comfortable. plus I dont know where the governor kicks in.

Hence the Avatar pic! lol
Anyway, yeah, I know the feeling, I go on a main road where the limit is 55, but I'm really tempted to go around 70 or 80 the whole way...

The interstate blows. Everything moving in a straight line in the same direction. I sometimes take the extra 20 minute route to work that lets the bike throw itself back and forth from leaning left to leaning right. I'm probably only doing 40-45 but it's way more exciting than hitting 100 mph on the interstate
