New Suzuki Hooligan Bike???

I've seen this bike a couple times here in Kichijoji, Tokyo. The engine is covered but the bike does not have a complete fairing. It is painted flat black with silver accents. Underseat exhaust. I cannot see the engine, but judging from the rubber, it has to be 600 -- 1000 cc.
This is a pretty great look set of wheels, but I cannot find anything about it. Incidentally, it is parked in the same place where I have seen some other great bikes over the past 18 years...
