Hello folks

I've been lurking on the forums for a few weeks, but I figured why not just sign up. I'm 28 and I've always wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle, but I never have. I will be taking the course in May and then, if I enjoy it, buying a bike and spending a lot of free time using it.
May feels like a long ways off right now, but I've been using my time learning all I can on this forums and I plan on picking up a good motorcycle book to read over the Michigan Winter. So far I'm leaning towards the Kawasaki Vulcan 500, but I have plenty of time to worry about that later, I just need to focus on the basics first.
OK, hello again, and if I don't really post again until I take my course and get a bike I'll just say thanks right now for the useful information on these forums, on this site, and to the civil and friendly topics of all kinds.
