shoe mark on exhaust

#1 Unread post by Cage »

After riding Saterday my roomate decided to go sit on my bike.

When he was gettin off his shoe touched the exhaust and left a nasty little patch of rubber burned onto the exhaust pipe. Is there anything that will take this off? Or will it burn off on its own?

Orange Clean or Citru-Solve works for me. You can also use EZ-OFF oven cleaner on chrome, just be sure not to get the extra-strength type and don't spray it directly on the pipes (overspray will eat paint).
