Neutral Light always on

I have a '74 CB360 that is about 85% restored. I have a few nitpicky problems left and one is that the neutral light stays on all the time, no matter the gear. Has anyone else ever come across this problem?

This is almost certainly a grounded wire on the neutral light circuit _before_ the neutral switch but _After_ the dash light. You need a good wiring diagram. (It could also be the switch itself - but the switch breaking isn't as common as a wiring failure)
