I counted about seventeen times the guy in the white shirt blue vest hit the window and did not brake it. And about four or five times another guy hit it and didn't brake it.

You have to admire the restraint shown by the Bike Officers when the guy is finally pulled from the car... and also feel sorry for the learner driver the TWOCKer keeps trying to ram his way past in the tunnel...

Florida cops would just shoot the windows, and then taser the subject repeatedly. Probably easier than foam nightsticks.
