Red Cross motorcycle ride & Win a Vulcan 1500

The American Red Cross Polk County Chapter and Highlands County Service Center Ride for the Red will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday in two locations for two packs of riders. One pack will leave from the Circle in Sebring, and another will leave from Central Park in Winter Haven. The ride ends at the Winter Haven Bikefest at 5 p.m. A 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 motorcycle will be raffled. Raffle tickets are $25.
Register with the Polk County chapter at 863-294-5941 or the Highlands center at 863-386-4440. Cost: $20 for single rider; $30 for rider and passenger.
