What could be wrong?

I know this is not a lot of information, but until I get an email back, any speculation as to what could be the possible problem with it not wanting to start?
Up for grabs is my 1990 Kawasaki KDX 200. I am not going to sit here and lie and say the bike is in great shape, it's not, but it is FUN. I rebuilt the top end before I left Nevada. The bike used to kick start there, but here, it will only kick start occasionally, I normally have to push start it. The bike is fast and fun. I will trade this bike for a hunting rifle or sell it fairly cheap, make me an offer...
My first thought was the move from Nevada to WV may have been an altitude change and need to be rejetted, but my geography isn't all that great. Any thoughts or opinions on the bike?

Thanks, I thought there was a better section, but I was in a hurry and couldn't find it. Anyone else?

I think your right about the jetting needing some tuning between Navada and WV. That would be my first guess. Second would be frayed reeds.
