The Honda Owners’ Club celebrated 45 years of existence in 2006.
Thursday, November 29, 2006 - Honda Press Release

After being formed in 1961, this volunteer-run club is still going strong, offering its 2500+ members a range of benefits, including BMF affiliation, a quarterly magazine called ‘GoldenWing’, a website and forum, local meetings, ride-outs, rallies and events, as well as discounts from around 150 companies.

Erica Gassor from the Honda Owners’ Club said: "As a club we always get warm support from Honda UK. So much so, that we held our Annual General Meeting at Honda UK’s Training Institute. This was in late October, so all the new 2007 bikes were there being prepared for the NEC show. We were all like kids in a sweet shop! It was fantastic and we even had a speech from the MD of Honda UK. It was a fantastic day."

Next year, the HOC will be holding a festival of Honda at the Gaydon Motor Museum sometime in August, with the date to be confirmed.

Membership is priced at £18 for single membership, £19 for joint and £20 for family membership. For more details head to: www.hoc.org.uk
