Learner rider 'clocked 100km/h over'

NSW police have caught a learner motorcycle rider speeding more than 100km/h over the legal limit in the state's south.
The 19-year-old Sydney man was travelling at 184km/h along the Hume Highway near Tarcutta at about 12.40pm (AEDT) yesterday.
Police were conducting radar speed checks at the time.
Learner motorcycle riders may not travel over 80km/h.
Police issued the man with a court appearance and suspended his licence.
