well, not exactly. close though. I just aquired FOR FRACKING FREE, a honda 1982 CX 500 Turbo. For those who don't know. they only made 5,000 bikes world wide, 2000 were sent to america. So, I've got a very rare and valuable bike. it needs quite a bit of cosmetic work, nand a little clutch and alternater work. then I'm selling it on ebay! from what I can see on ebay, theses things go like hotcakes at 1000-3000 bucks. even if I can't get it running, were still looking at 500-700 as salvage.

My question to you is, how hard is it going to be to find parts?

well, i have an 83 yamaha xj650lk turbo, and your best source of parts (other than a parts bike) is ebay, or bike bandit.com

I don't know about the honda, but bikebandit has had a couple of small parts that really surprised me.

Thanks for the links. and a salvage bike is going to be out of the quesion without devine intervention. I'm looking for ANY kind of part, I'll no doubt need it. I'll get pics of the bike later, it's pretty trashed looking. at this point I'm still convinced it'll run, and make me a rich 15 year old.
