CUSTOM BIKE BUILDER MATT HOTCH AND HIS AWARD WINNING BIKES TO APPEAR AT 2006-2007 CYCLE WORLD INTERNATIONAL MOTORCYCLE SHOWS® PRESENTED BY TOYOTA
Santa Ana, Calif. – Matt Hotch, two-time champion of the Discovery Channel’s Biker Build-Off and founder of Matt Hotch Designs, will be on hand to meet show attendees, sign autographs, and talk customs at select cities during the Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows® presented by Toyota show series.
“I am really excited about coming out to a number of the Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows® and getting the chance to display my bikes, hang out with fans and talk with motorcycle enthusiasts about custom bikes,” said Hotch. “Additionally, it will be a great opportunity to answer any questions the show attendees might have and meet with the next generation of bike lovers and builders.”
Hotch has been building custom motorcycles since he was 16-years-old and this self-taught “metal master” is known for his innovative, imaginative and artistic designs. By Hotch’s 30th birthday, he had been winning the custom bike show circuit for years and had become one of the motorcycle industry’s most sought-after “Master Builders.” In 2004, Hotch won his first Discovery Channel Biker Build-Off Championship with his groundbreaking bike, Chingon. He also then went onto become the first and only Grand Champion after winning the 2005 Discovery Channel Biker Build-Off for the second consecutive year with the retro designed bike, VLux. This fall, Hotch will be participating and defending his title again in the Discovery Channel Biker Build-Off.
Hotch and his awe-inspiring bikes will be at a number of cities during the show’s 13-city tour throughout the U.S., including Houston, Nov. 10-12; Long Beach, Calif., Dec. 8-10; New York, Jan. 19-21; Cleveland, Jan. 26-28; Minneapolis, Feb. 2-4 and Chicago, Feb. 9-11. Hotch, who is also the founder of Matt Hotch Designs and Crime Inc. clothing, will have with him both of the champion build-off bikes, Chignon and VLux (in addition to others), and will be taking pictures with fans, signing autographs and selling his popular apparel.
For the 14th consecutive year, Cycle World, the nation’s most popular motorcycle magazine, will be the title sponsor for the series and leading manufacturer Toyota will return for the ninth year as presenting sponsor. Progressive Motorcycle
