Ty van Hooydonk to Discuss Motorcycle Industry Trends at Year's First Motor Press Guild Meeting, Jan. 9

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Motor Press Guild (MPG),
America's largest professional automotive media association, will hear how
motorcycle sales are booming and what's hot at its first meeting of the new
year on Tuesday, January 9, 2007. Ty van Hooydonk of Discover Today's
Motorcycling will provide an overview of one of the fastest growing
segments of the powersports business -- motorcycling, which has experienced
13 consecutive years of rising new unit sales in America.

Van Hooydonk is currently Director of Product Communications for
Discover Today's Motorcycling and has been with the organization since
2001. He began his motorcycle industry career at Cycle News and then Cycle
Magazine where he served as news editor for several years. Van Hooydonk has
been an avid motorcycle rider on- and off-road since 1969. He only owns
seven motorcycles, "because that's as many as will fit in the garage and
house."
