Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawisaki??

I've rode dirtbikes all my life and street bikes for the past 2 years. I've ridden a GSX-R, CBR, and Ninja, but have never owned a street bike. I've narrowed it down to a used Honda CBR600RR, Yamaha R6, Suzuki GSX-R600, Kawasaki ZX-6R. I'm straying from the Kawasaki, because it's geometry doesn't feel right. The GSX-R, CBR, and R6 all feel about the same. I don't care which is the fastest, all the bikes have plenty of power. I was wondering in everyone's opinion, which is the most reliable, most stable, and "safest" for a first time owner (not rider) of a sport bike. Thanks guys.
