Cylinderhead for kawasaki klr 650cc same as for a klr 600cc?

Hi!

I live in Sweden and i'm having problem finding a cylinder head for my kawasaki klr 650cc. I have found one in germany for a klr 600cc. And when i look at the pictures the cylinder head looks very much the same. Can anyone confirm this? or do you have any tips where i can find a cylinder head for a Kawasaki KLR 650cc year -1991.

First off, to the forums, and second, good choice of bike.

I don't know if the KLR600 cylinder head is the same as the KLR650 one, but here's few links that might help you out some:

I checked the homepages for parts, and found the parts i needed. but it´s a lot of money getting new oem-parts for a 1991 KLR, any tips for used parts sites?

Ebay is a good one. also check with your local Bike scrap yard. alot of them have access to parts from different yards.
