Post 'em up. Honda used to import a few bikes into Canuckistan that the 'mericans didn't get. Similar to the CX650E that Bingo mentioned in the other thread, I give you the CBX550:

I don't think there's to many of these out there:
Mine is original except for the 4-1 exhaust.

Nope, but nice! I can actually remember seeing the exact same bike brand new in the dealer when I was 9 y.o. Hopefully you get it rolling again soon.

Sunshine229 (a.k.a. Mrs T.M.W.) has the same bike in original black and orange. It's in great shape too (as most bikes in Mikes garage are....).

Another Classic Honda - the 1984 Nighthawk 750 SC:
In what was supposed to be the final incarnation of air-cooled in line-4 750cc bikes (700 in the U.S.A.), the S.C. was a modern hot-rod when it was introduced. Following the same engine arcitechture as the '83 550 and 650 Nighthawks this thing was a lot of fun in the day. While there was already the 750 Interceptor for the sportbike guys this was more of a sport-standard. The later Nighthawk 750 introduced in '91 changed the whole concept to more of an economy bike, loosing the shaft drive and picking up low cost components. It would be interesting to see if a modern version of the S.C. (with 17" wheels and a beefed up frame) would sell. Don't cheap out on the components, keep it air cooled with shaft drive....

Unbelieveable! I owned that exact same bike back in the late 70's. I had a black exhaust tip on mine and I think the fenders were painted., but everything else is the same. Very cool. Thanks for the memory. I loved that bike.

'82 CM450E. Not flashy or fast or anything but I love her! Reliable as a tank and I couldnt have picked a better bike to learn on.

I've put 15K on this 1983 Interstate in three years without a hitch.
This '78 has been my daily rider rider since last August. These vintage GoldWings are a great machines.
