Um.

You say that's your new bike? That's great.

But since you are posting in a new bikers forum ... PLEASE don't tell me a Daytona 675 is your very FIRST bike.

Have a lot of questions about motorcycling?
Not sure what bike to start with?

OH GOD.

THAT DONT MATTER MY FRIEND. DO YOU REALIZE YOU HAVE A 130 HORSE POWER I-4 ENGINE? IT IS STRONGER THAN GSXR 600 AND HAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF POWER AS A R6. PPL RIDE FOR YEARS (THOUSANDS OF MILES) BEFORE GETTING A BIKE LIKE YOURS.

oh god.

edit: its not I-4 but its bad enuff.

please post pictures of your bike next week please. :wink:

if possible, carry a helmet cam around.

Not an inspired choice for a first bike.

Please take it very careful with the Daytona, its a pretty bike and made only a few miles up the road from me.

Whats safety gear do you have?

Go buy more.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Always wear a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Ohhhhh. I understand. Well, heck, you're Valentino Rossi in that case.

You're right. Who am I to get in the way of natural selection?

Helmet laws pollute the gene pool!

Keep on truckin', kids. :lol:

{sarcasm}I can see you did your research first. Good Choice!{/sarcasm}

{not sarcastic}please be extra careful. I'd hate to see or hear that you've hurt yourself or someone else. I'd highly suggest wearing full gear and taking the MSF course. Don't forget a large percentage of people do drop their bike at one time or another, so be prepared.{/not sarcastic}
