If you make substantial changes to your exhaust you will need to make changes to your jetting.

Generally, just adding a slipon will not require rejetting as most slipons will not change your air/fuel mix dramatically. If you're going full system exhaust or are adding aftermarket air filters then yes, you'll need to rejet to balance out your air/fuel mix. If you notice more backfire activity on deceleration or any dramatic change in your bike's power band after the slipon is added, these are signs that you may need to rejet.
If you're having the slipon installed at a shop, see if you can get them to dyno the bike (at no charge) for you after the slipon is added. That will tell you for sure if you need to increase fuel flow by rejetting.
