ok I have another idea, someone posts a worthy picture of subtitalization and someone else gives it a subtitle.
For Example:

"How to grow a mullet"

OR

"How santa really delivers presents"

ok i suck but you get the idea...
oh yeah, the person who gives it the subtitle also starts the next picture.
Also the picture must have a subtitle before moving on to the next picture. even if it's dumb.
