I used to ride the old Kawasaki 750 (parallel) twins. They vibrated quite a bit. I didn't like to wash them because every time I did, I'd discover that more parts had fallen off, or cracked from metal fatigue. It was kind of funny at first, but the amusement wore off pretty quickly.
