Cobra Floorboards

I could use some help from you all. I ride a Honda 750 Ace (03). I bought new Cobra swept floorboards from the local Honda dealer. I have Hard Krome exhaust pipes on the bike. The right side board mounting bracket will not fit due to the new pipes on the bike. Ok, so I thought just get longer bolts and some spacers and no problem. However, the bracket already has the back bolt in it when they come from the factory, and I can't get the bolt out. Any ideas on how to get these danged boards to fit with the pipes I have. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
