Hi, since I'm new here I thought I would let you all know a little about me. I've been riding only 3 years now, a late starter since my first riding was at age 50. I'm on my 2nd bike now, a 03 Honda Ace 750 and loving every minute of it.

I'm a mother, grandmother and wife and one independent b*&$h on top of it all. There is nothing that I can't do when I put my mind to it. Riding my own bike has been the best experience I have had and I love to encourage other women to ride their own too if they have an interest at all.

Welcome Thumper! I'm glad you discovered your love for riding. My wife also wants to learn, but wants to wait until the kids are a bit older. (youngest if five days old.) She fancies a Nighthawk 250 to learn on. Enjoy the forums!

Welcome Thumper, great to see more & more Ladies riding M/C's.

I hope it will encourage my wife to ride her Sportster more.

We have kids as well (2) & sometimes it's hard to manage the time to get out on the road together.
