got my endorsement today!
i haven't taken the msf course yet, (i plan to in the next couple of weeks)
but i went and took the test anyway. i have been reading, practicing riding, and learnng everything i possibly can, like a madman.
i think i am obsessed!
the written test was kinda hard but, the riding test here in louisiana is a joke. the lady came out and told me to go over there and ride a couple of circles then come back and stop. that was it! on one hand i'm glad it was easy but, on the other hand i kinda felt cheated after all the practicing i've been doin. kinda like studying for the big test and going to class and having a substitute teacher who doesn't give the test. lol.
anyway, i have learned a lot on this forum and i'm sure i will continue to do so. i dig being part of the motorcycle community.
peace

Congratulations
Thats just scary. In the UK, the test is rather tough. to just do a couple of circles and stop, you gotta wonder what the point of the practical test isswervedriver wrote:the lady came out and told me to go over there and ride a couple of circles then come back and stop. that was it!

If that was the case, the MSF course is even more important!swervedriver wrote: the riding test here in louisiana is a joke. the lady came out and told me to go over there and ride a couple of circles then come back and stop. that was it!
Congrats!

thanks everyone.
i'll be signing up for the msf course shortly.
every now and then i catch myself getting a little too comfortable and have to slap myself back into the reality that i don't know squat about motorcycle riding. i know i will always have a lot to learn.
