Oil change on a Gsx-r600

I need to do a oil change on a gsx-r600, is there a writeup or video on how to do it, i lost my owners manual so no luck there. Iam also new to this site so please forgive me if i dont know how to use this site. Also what oil anf filter do i use, i want the best stuff like syntheic, iam willing to spend the extra money.

My suggestion would be to pick up the service manual off eBay.
The print copy is $70 for the official, $25 for the Haynes, or $18 for the Clymer, and $10 or so for a PDF electronic copy that's probably illegal to sell.
Depending on year, looks like you can pick up the owner's manul for $10 or so too.

Go to the Suzuki dealership and buy an oilfilter/oil from them. Probably just under 4 liters worth... 3.8 for my bike... but it's different.
Run the bike for 5-10 minutes to warm up the engine and oil.
What you'll then need to do is remove the right side fairing. Empty the oil by placing a drain pan under the drain plug, then removing the plug. Allow the oil to drain out. You can speed the draining by removing the oil filler plug on the right side of the engine.
After the oil is drained out you'll need to reinsert the drain plug, use a new sealing washer. Torque the bolt to 20lb/ft, do not overtighten.
On the front of the engine you will see your oil filter position your drain pan under it now, and remove the oil filter.
Take the new oil filter out of the box and use a little bit of engine oil to lube the o-ring on it. Install according to instructions on box.
Fill the bike with oil (probably/possibly/potentially 3.8L ASK THE DEALER!) and start the bike - let it run for a couple of seconds, then check the oil level. Adjust as necessary.
