I managed to go over the back on a ninja 250, man do I feel dumb. I guess i freaked on the startoff and dumped the clutch. I got a twisted knee, the bike has a twisted front fork and I'm sure more once i look into it. No abrasions or breaks thanks to some good gear! I someone tells you that you cant get a 250 up, they lied. Thats what I get for being stupid, live and learn, :frusty: (sigh)

Hey, you're here in one piece so that's a plus. Another big positive is that you aren't afraid of posting what you did & what happened so others can learn too. Take care of your knee okay? those knee issues can come back to haunt you.

You can get just about any bike to do that if you try hard enough. Sorry to hear about the damaged bike and knee.

Don't worry too much about it. You may have learned a lesson the hard way, but chances pretty good you'll never make that mistake again.

BTW, that is a very common noob mistake (misapplication of throttle and clutch) and one of the primary reasons I recommend that noobs start on less powerful bikes. Damage (to rider and bike) would likely be a lot more painful if the same mistake were made on a high powered bike.

Hope that you're up and around soon!

Sorry to hear that happened to you, but thank you for posting that.
