Anyone know where i can get a electrical wiring diagram or a ladder diagram for a 04 gsx-r1000?

Just pick up the Haynes or Clymer manual off eBay. You can even get the electronic copy for $10 or so.

There used to be a website that let people commit wholesale copyright infringement of all manner of motorcycle manuals and documentation.
It was called manualclub.com
They, unsurprisingly, quietly disappeared one day..
