Where to buy a trailer hitch?

I'd like to get a hitch+trailer for my Grand Am so I can drag my bike around a bit.
There are hundreds of online shops that sell trailer hitches.
Where should I buy one?

I would suggest you check locally, as you may need to get the hitch assembly specially fitted.

I'm not worried about installation. I have the tools necessary to fit a hitch to this vehicle. I also plan on building the trailer.

spend the extra little bit and get a draw-tite hitch. it'll be made for that vehicle. don't get the "universal" hitches, they're made like "poo poo" and are a pain in the "O Ring" to install. i'd go to a local guy that sells draw-tite (or curt, or rigid, or hidden hitch, one of the biggies) and have him order one (more than likely won't have one in stock). that way if it's wrong you're taking it back to a real person, and with a rare application like this, you never know

I second the Draw-tite recommendation. I used to work for U-Haul and that was the only hitch they'd use for passenger cars. If there's a large U-H center in your area, they may have the right one in stock.
