This incident happen to me a couple of months back due to my outstanding payment. It really happen in dis shop ONLY!!

I missed my monthly payment for about 1 1/2 months and my bike was unable to repossesed as i did not park it at my normal parking place. What happen first was that I they called me and ask me to pay but i said i will only be able to pay month end due to my job. They insist to issue a lawyer letter n tried to be "FUNNY" to my guarantor.

They bang and kick my guarantor house in the middle of the nite (EVERDAY) w/o fail. They threaten and said many "HORRIBLE" words outside my guarantor house. I was shocked and was furios over these and decided to pay my outstanding $$ + repossesed $$ + lawyer $$. But still in didnt end here.

Yesterday when i was about to make my monthly payment, d shop owner refused to take it as he said that he will need my 2nd rider particulars. Why does he need it whereas he already have 4 of my relatives numbers + my guarantor. He tried to proved me and was not happy since the repossesed incident. We had a dispute yesterday and i did make a police report regards to these matter. Yet still it didnt end here. I received prank calls from a private number from an annoymous since 8.30pm till midnite. Who can it be still?

For NEW bikers out there..AVOID this SHOP if u wanna be safe!! How can i return this bike and to avoid this shop in future? PLease advise..

1. Im sorry but im assuming your not english so its not your native language so forgive me if I misunderstand.

2. NEVER finance a toy (in this case a motorcycle)

3. Here in the US they cant harass you after 9pm (though they can repo anytime they want).

Other than that im not sure exactly what your asking.

Where do you live? And are you saying that you financed the bike directly with the bike shop not through a bank?
