Because it always pisses off the little people when these "Haves" seem to get away with their crime because they can afford bail/ good lawyers/ politicians?

How do you get a month's probation for drunk driving?

Did you read the NY Daily News about this Korean guy driving drunk and ramming into a police officer on the side of the road? All they got was a misdemeanor offense. The guy put an officer in the hospital...

This is what I read in the article...

Hilton had lost her license for alcohol-related reckless driving and was given 36 months probation.

I think 36 months probation with a suspended license for a first offense is adequate. But obviously she has proven that she cannot abide by the simple ruling of her probation, so maybe the 45 days in prison will help her gain some understanding. I just wonder if she'll actually have to serve the time.

I'm reminded of that scene in Catwoman where Haley Barry slips through the bars.
I'm starting a petition to cull narrowminded dull people - be afraid Peter, be very afraid....

Maybe Martha's jail suite is available.

Paris has shown she has no regard for anything. She has enough money that she could have hired a chauffeur or taken taxis during the time of her suspension.
She deserves some cooling off time in confinement.

They say jail time is only going to make her more famous.

'Famous for what?' some of you blurted. If we ignore her will she go away?

Haha, while I haven't seen the movie I will admit to thinking they'd have to put the bars closer together to keep her sack of bones in the cell.
