Great to find a site where people are actually out there riding and enjoying the wind. Too much bashing at some other forums. I'm glad to see sport bikes AND harleys in the same photos here.

I started riding about a year ago on a 1980 Honda CX500. I upgraded a couple months ago to a 2002 V star 1100 classic and am loving every minute of it. I've already put about 4k miles on it and plan on raking up a bunch more this summer. Looking forward to learning a bunch from you guys.

Here's a pic of my bike on a ride (bike and ferry) to Vashon Island, WA.

:welcome: to TMW. You're located just a stone's throw away from the Canadian Border and some more great riding like you have in WA. If you ever make it up this way, let us know before hand and maybe we can meet up for a ride/coffee...

Bikes of all kinds, and bikers too. Now you're one of them.

Welcome.

Thanks! I usually try to make it up there a couple times a year for a long weekend, just not on the bike yet, though. I'm already trying to plan a ride down to Cali to the redwood forests and hit up some ghost towns. This is going to be a great summer.
