lowering a gsx-r600

newbie to riding and the site. Wondering if anyone knows how to lower a 2001 gsx-r600. only want to lower it just enough so that both heels touch the ground when sitting on the bike

Get longer dog bones, then slip the forks up through the triple trees.

All in all if you have to ask, I'd get a mechanic to do it for you.

You're going to lose both cornering AND straight line running clearance by doing thing. Might cost you some fairing and or pegs/toes if you ride very hard.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
