Red Light & FI indicator 2003CBR

OK it's been a while since I've been on my bike with being deployed and all. So here is the story: I'm going down my friend’s driveway and when I stop with the front wheel turned right the bike falls over on the right side. Not a hard fall but a fall none the less. When I start the bike back up the Red light is on and the FI indicator is displayed. There is also a steady fast clicking sound coming from below the seat. The bike runs and goes through the gear just fine. It sounds like something is being held in the on position. The right side throttle revs normally. The right handle end is loose. Any ideas on what the problem is?
