All right I took my carb off to clean it and the next day it rained so I got water in my motor and I put my carb back on and after awhile my motor seized up so what should I do to get my motor unseized?

You probably rusted or gritted your bearings to death. Rebuild is imminent.
Or you got the jets/needles back into the carb wrong, leaned it out too far and melted it down. Rebuild is imminent.
You see the pattern here..... Rebuild is imminent.
Sorry Dude.
Take one lesson away from this. Never let an engine sit open to the outside if you want it to run properly again.

Also, while I'm thinking of it....
Is it still seized?
I've had several of that era Yamaha MXers and know for a fact you can run 'em too lean and lock 'em up, only to have it cool down and unstick. Richen it up and ride away.
Don't know if you got that lucky......
