Yamah YN 50 NEOS STARTING ISSUE

Hi there, first time on here, looks good forum so far.
I have a 2003 yamaha yn 50 neos moped and it died on me today.
After i picked it up from its MOT (it passed) it seemed abit sluggish, but to bad.
After 20minutes it went clunk somewhere and died on me?
I have checked spark, OK
Fuel, seems OK
electrical ? i guess OK
Taken spark plug out and you get pressure coming out of the hole?
Pressure coming from exhaust!
Any suggestions please help!!!!
