How to say no...

...to a friend who wants to ride your bike?
Not sure how to do this. I'm not sure if anyone's ever been in this situation, but I know it's a bad idea - I just don't think I'd win in a logical argument, other than saying "it's my bike, and I don't have insurance for you".
So basically, what's the best way to say no to a well-meaning friend who wants to ride your bike but won't really take no for an answer? While I'm sure he'd be fine riding my 250, with a helmet and my jacket and gloves, I just don't want to take the risk. Any good lines or arguments?

Other than "sorry dude, not until you've got some experience on your own ride or want to pay for my insurance for riders other than owner".
Not worth risk.

"Dude, if you dropped it, I couldn't afford to go through insurance and have my rates go up. You'd have to pay to fix everything back to exactly the way it is. I seriously don't want to have to be coming after you for 2 grand to fix the damn thing. Sorry."
Pretty much word for word what I said to a guy earlier this summer.
If you think you're sounding like a prick, just ask yourself if you'd rather hurt your friend's itty bitty feelings, or go through the hassle of repairing your bike and maybe having your insurance rates go way up. (reminder: you ain't ridin' that bike while it's in the shop)

Just say no. It's your bike, not wanting others to ride it is a very reasonable request.
The only other person I will let ride my bike is my Dad, and he's been riding for 30+ years and is, well, my Dad

"You want to ride my wife while you're at it?"
Or
"You just don't ride another man's bike."

I've only had my bike a few months, but have also already ran into this.
I just say no, except to my older brother and father of course. Both of whom are/were riders.
Saw a sticker I liked a lot the other day. Said something like "I'll let you ride my bike If you let me ride your bitz."
