GT380 parts

#1 Unread post by gt380 »

Any web pages out there with 1976 suzuki gt380 parts, or someone on this board that has some gt380 parts for sale. I need the rubber boots for the carbs (they cover the slide???) This is the 38HP triple 2-stroke, the bike was given to me free but needs some work. Any info would be awesome.

Thanks
Steve

PS. Does anyone know of a vintage suzuki forum or web page with owners of these bikes?

Wish I could help. I had an old 380 years ago when parts were readily available. For no more engine displacement than those old bikes have, couple it to that 6 speed and them old smokers will really run. If you can possibly get it repaired you'll have a very unusual and I would assume a rare old bike. I haven't even seen one of them in years. Good luck. :D
Live it like you mean it, this ain't no dress rehearsal!

Don't give up.

Not now, not soon, not after being continually knocked down.

If you never give up, you can never truly fail.

I'll keep looking for parts, I got a line on a vintage motorcycle salvage yard in New Hampshire. I may take a run up there on a nice weekend and poke around, I'll be sure to take my camera as well.

Thanks guys, maybe someone may see this post and remember about an old box of goodies.

Hey, I have lots of old Suzukis, including a 75 GT 550. I'll look around and see if I have what you need. If not, you can get it on ebay.
