I found this product but I don't know if its all that much better than Dawn with grease cutting additives?

Notoil is not cheap for cleaning or oiling, so what do you use to both clean and oil your air filters?

Cleaning I use Dawn but have had to use parts washer on really dirty ones.
Oil I use K&N filter oil but have used WD40 when out of filter oil.
