MSF in CO for TX

If I take MSF in CO can it be used to get my licence in TX?

the way it works in Missouri is that the instructor who signs your card is registered with the state and any other signature is no good toward skipping the skills test.

If it is that way in TX then you would not be able to qualify with a course from Colorado.

Now if you got a Colorado license it would transfer to TX.

From my understanding, MSF is MSF and TX will accept your card from any state you happened to take MSF in. Both my husband and myself took MSF out of TX and were easily able to add the M endorsement to our Class C TX license. I took my MSF in Japan on a base and DH took his in WA.

All that matters is you have your MSF riding cert and a written copy of your exam score, plus your $15 to send to Austin.

You need to ask the Texas DMV/MVA whatever its called.

Very few states will allow another state's MSF certification to apply to their own waiver programs. The only exception that I can think of would be if a state does not have any sort of motorcycle safety training program... and I believe they all do.
