Removing Gas Tank on 1976 Honda Supersport CD750F (Help?)

Hi. I have a few questions.
First I'm not sure how to remove the gas tank on my 1976 honda supersport CD750F. Can anyone help me out with that?
Also, the motorcycle starts when I jump start it but as soon as I stop giving it gas with the throttle it stalls. It won't start when I push the electric starter even though the battery is fully charged, and it was suggested that it is a faulty relay switch. Where would I locate the relay switch and what should I do? Does it need to be replaced or...?

If you browse then long enough (sorry, I should have bookmarked the post) you'll find that they even have manuals posted for these bikes (manuals are hard to get if you dont want to pay for 'em). Google searching their site will work, too.

If I remember correctly, there should be a 12mm bolt holding the back of the tank down and two U horizontal slots securing the front of the tank...remove the fuel line and vacuum line if it has one..slide the tank backwards and up after taking the bolt out.
The starter solenoid is usually located close to the battery by a heavier cable from the positive terminal..follow the cable down to the solenoid and then it should continue through the solenoid and on to the starter motor. Once you find the starter solenoid you can tap on it while trying to start...if it works then the internal contact may be worn out....time to buy another.
