Post carb cleaning - still issues *very urgent*

Last year I left the gas in my bike all winter, so this year i had a carb cleaning. I can't get the bike to even idle now. Fresh gas, new air filter, clean carbs, everything is where its suppose to be I'm sure of it. I can't even get it to idle on just choke. I honestly can't find out whats going on... The nearest shop that can help me is 50 miles away and I have NO WAY to get my bike there.
I had to take the carbs off the bike and drive them to the shop.
I've adjusted the idle so it can maybe SOMETIMES run for 30 seconds to a min until the RPM's drop down till it dies.
Any ideas on where to poke? My jeep is dead and this is my only mode of transport. I have work tomorrow! Any help is appreciated.
