I saw a Victory on the street the other day for the first time.

They didn't look nearly as cool as I thought they would from seeing pics online. There is one picture, especially, that showed a Victory next to a Softail, that convinced me they are seriously awesome looking.. but seeing the same bike in person with a rider just didn't do it for me.

And, Jesus Lord Almighty. The Vision is a sin against manufacturing and its mere existence will probably turn away any of the Harley guys who might have been thinking about switching over. Dunno how much their market depends on that vs grabbing first-timers vs getting the Japanese or Euro bike market.

My guess is going after the japanese/euro market, I never met a Harley rider in my life that would be caught on that!!

I thought I seen some Victory bikes at Sturgis last year, nothing like these AT ALL.

I want a Hammer. This years colors are blah though... they used to make it in a SWEET yellow.

I have a demo date for the Vision in a couple weeks. Interesting bike, I'll hold judgement until I see it and ride it.

Now if they only added ABS to the bikes.

The Vision has linked brakes at least. But, yeah, no ABS yet.

I'd buy a Vision just to irritate the Harley guys I ride with...
